You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 9aph. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these Terms and Philippine gaming law.
Each person may hold exactly one active 9aph account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different credentials — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All promotional bonuses and free spins issued by 9aph are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated funds may be withdrawn. Bonus terms are specified individually for each promotion and must be reviewed before acceptance.
9aph operates under the PAGCOR licensing framework. All players are subject to the applicable regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. PAGCOR retains supervisory authority over the platform's operations and player dispute resolution processes.

Every 9aph account includes deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Using these tools does not waive any of your rights under these Terms. 9aph is obligated to honor all self-exclusion and limit requests within the timeframes specified in Section 11.

By accessing the Platform, creating a 9aph Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and 9aph under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is true and that you will maintain its accuracy throughout the term of your Account.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts associated with the same person, household, IP address, device, payment method, or identity document is prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, 9aph reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any Wagers placed through those Accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.

9aph is required under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and a current selfie photograph. 9aph may, at its discretion, require additional documentation. Failure to complete KYC will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.
9aph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph, and CLiQQ/7-Eleven. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 9aph reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.
E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are typically credited to your 9aph Account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are generally credited within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes during standard banking hours. 9aph does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts not registered in the Player's name.
By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds deposited are lawfully yours, are not proceeds of criminal activity, and are not subject to any legal encumbrance or restriction. 9aph complies fully with applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and reports suspicious transactions as required by law.
Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your name are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit detected will be reversed and the relevant Account subject to review. This policy is not discretionary — it is a PAGCOR and AMLA compliance requirement.
Withdrawals from a 9aph Account are subject to completion of KYC verification (Section 4.4) and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements (Section 7). Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification.
9aph processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within thirty (30) minutes in the ordinary course of business, including evenings and weekends. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during Philippine banking hours. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds may require additional verification and may take longer to process.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable daily or monthly limits are published in the Cashier section of the Platform. 9aph reserves the right to amend withdrawal limits with reasonable advance notice to Players.
9aph reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal request for a reasonable period not exceeding five (5) business days for the purpose of verifying the legitimacy of the transaction. 9aph will communicate the reason for any such delay to the Player through their registered contact details.
From time to time, 9aph offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements — a specified multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the relevant promotion) that must be wagered before any associated funds may be withdrawn. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live casino games may contribute at a different rate to slots. The specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
9aph prohibits systematic exploitation of bonuses and promotions, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim promotions multiple times, using low-risk wagering strategies to clear bonuses while minimizing risk exposure, colluding with other Players to exploit bonus conditions, and using automated software to generate wagers. Where bonus abuse is detected, 9aph may void the relevant bonus, void any Wagers placed using bonus funds, and suspend or close the Player's Account.
9aph recommends all Players read promotion-specific terms carefully before accepting any bonus offer. If you are uncertain about the terms of a promotion, contact support before claiming. Once a bonus is activated, its associated wagering requirements become immediately binding.
All games offered on the 9aph Platform operate in accordance with the published rules of each respective game. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified for randomness and fairness. 9aph makes no representation that any particular game outcome is predictable, due, or influenced by previous results.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure that interrupts a Wager in progress, 9aph will endeavor to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where restoration is not possible, 9aph will return the Wager amount to the Player's Account balance at its discretion. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays to the extent required under applicable regulations.
Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface prior to the placement of any Wager. These limits may vary by game, table, room, and Player VIP tier. 9aph reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time.
Sports betting on the 9aph Platform is subject to the sportsbook rules published separately within the sports betting section. In the event of the cancellation or abandonment of a sporting event, bets will be settled in accordance with the published sports betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9aph Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
9aph reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and, upon determination that a violation has occurred, to suspend or permanently close the Player's Account, void relevant Wagers, and forfeit Account balances. Serious violations may be reported to PAGCOR and/or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
All content on the 9aph Platform — including but not limited to the Platform design, software, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials — is the property of 9aph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of 9aph.

A Player may request self-exclusion at any time through their Account settings or by contacting 9aph support. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. 9aph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, at its reasonable discretion, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period; violation of PAGCOR regulations; or legal or regulatory requirements.
Upon termination of an Account for a violation of these Terms, 9aph may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons not attributable to a breach by the Player (including voluntary closure), any verified balance in excess of bonus funds will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 9aph support. Prior to closure, any pending Wagers will be settled according to the applicable game rules. Voluntary closure does not affect pending withdrawal requests for verified balances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9aph, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in this Section limits 9aph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.
If you have a complaint regarding the Platform, a game outcome, a transaction, or any aspect of 9aph's service, you must submit a complaint through the 9aph live support channel or by email to the support address published on the Platform. 9aph will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
If you are not satisfied with 9aph's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory complaint channels. 9aph cooperates fully with PAGCOR in all regulatory investigations and complies with all regulatory determinations.
Any claim arising from your use of the Platform must be submitted within ninety (90) days of the date on which the relevant event occurred. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 9aph is governed by the 9aph Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. 9aph processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your data subject rights under RA 10173 — including rights of access, correction, and erasure — by submitting a written request to 9aph support.

9aph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details on their Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice prior to the effective date of the amended terms, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, unless otherwise resolved through PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution process.
9aph operates under the PAGCOR licensing framework, and the terms of any applicable PAGCOR authorization take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.
